We offer two polynucleotide treatments at our Fulham clinic: Vitaran Skin Boost from £250 per session (£700 course of 3) and Plenhyage XL Strong Advanced Repair from £350 per session (£950 course of 3). Every treatment follows a proper clinical consultation.
Polynucleotides are still relatively new to the UK market and the quality of advice and protocol varies dramatically between clinics. The product itself matters, but so does how it is layered into your wider skin plan.

Polynucleotides are purified DNA fragments, also known as PDRN, that work at a cellular level to stimulate fibroblast activity, promote tissue regeneration and reduce inflammation in the skin.
Unlike hyaluronic acid based skin boosters such as Profhilo, which primarily hydrate and add bounce, polynucleotides are regenerative. They prompt your skin to repair itself from the inside out. Most clients have a course of 3 sessions to begin with, then maintenance every 6 months.

We offer two clinical-grade polynucleotide products. Both are used regularly at our clinic and both follow the same consultation-led approach. The right one for you depends on what your skin actually needs.
A regenerative polynucleotide treatment derived from purified salmon DNA. Works at a cellular level to stimulate collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production. Ideal for skin hydration, early signs of ageing, glow, and under-eye rejuvenation. Best for clients focused on prevention, maintenance, or those new to polynucleotide treatments. Course of 3 recommended, spaced 3 weeks apart.
A higher-concentration polynucleotide treatment (2.5% high molecular weight) designed for deeper tissue repair and regeneration. Targets acne scarring, sun damage, skin laxity, and more advanced signs of ageing. Also an excellent primer treatment before HIFU or Microneedling with Exosomes for enhanced results. Best for clients with more significant skin concerns or those wanting maximum regenerative depth. Course of 3 recommended, spaced 3 weeks apart.

Plenhyage XL Strong if you are focused on acne scarring, sun damage, skin laxity, advanced ageing, and as a primer before hifu or microneedling.

All new clients have a consultation first, by phone or in person. I assess your skin, discuss your goals honestly, and confirm polynucleotides are the right protocol for you. If a different treatment would serve you better, I will tell you.
Polynucleotides are delivered via fine needle injections into targeted areas of the face or under-eye region. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand. The treatment itself takes around 30 to 45 minutes.
Mild swelling, redness or small bumps may be visible for 24 to 48 hours. Bruising can occur, particularly in the under-eye area. You can return to normal activities the same day, with light makeup the following morning.
Improvements develop gradually over 6 to 12 weeks as the skin repairs itself. Most clients see a clear improvement after the second session, with the best results visible 4 to 6 weeks after the third.
