Microneedling with exosomes is an advanced regenerative skin treatment. Fine needles create thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin, which immediately trigger the body's wound-healing response and stimulate collagen production.
Exosomes are cell-derived vesicles carrying growth factors and signalling molecules. When applied directly after microneedling, they are absorbed through the channels and accelerate regeneration far beyond microneedling alone. The result is improved tone, smoother texture and visible scar improvement after a course.

A consultation comes first, in person or by phone. I assess your skin, discuss what you are hoping to change, and confirm microneedling with exosomes is the right protocol. If acne is active, we plan around it before treatment.
A topical numbing cream is applied for 20 to 30 minutes. Microneedling is performed at a depth tailored to your skin and concern. Exosomes are then applied to the skin and absorbed through the channels. Total appointment time is around 75 minutes.
Mild redness, similar to a sunburn, is normal for 24 to 48 hours. Some skin tightness or flaking can occur on day 2 to 3. Mineral makeup can be worn from day 2. Avoid active acids and direct sun exposure for a week.
Visible glow and tone improvement typically appear after the first session. Texture and scar improvements develop over 4 to 6 weeks, with the full course delivering the most significant change. Most clients book a course of 3 sessions, 4 weeks apart.
